1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using MileageTracker (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
MileageTracker records driving trips using GPS, calculates distance and duration, and helps you prepare mileage records and reimbursement estimates. Premium features include cloud sync and combined expense reports.
3. Subscription Services
Monthly and yearly Premium subscriptions unlock cloud synchronization and the Reports feature. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of mileage records you create. MileageTracker is a record-keeping tool only and does not guarantee tax compliance, employer acceptance, or reimbursement by any third party.
5. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or fraudulent use. You may delete your account and cloud data at any time via Settings.
6. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, sync failures, or financial discrepancies arising from use of the application, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
